Job Summary:
NSP is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams by ensuring work is organized and teams are aligned. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting collaboration, and helping teams continuously improve their delivery processes.
Responsibilities:
• Support Agile teams by facilitating delivery, removing obstacles, and promoting effective team collaboration
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Help teams stay aligned on priorities, commitments, and delivery goals
• Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management, sprint readiness, and delivery planning
• Help track priorities, dependencies, risks, and action items across initiatives
• Monitor sprint progress and team metrics to identify delivery risks and improvement opportunities
• Support teams in adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus and momentum
• Build collaborative working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and business teams
• Facilitate discussions that support alignment, communication, and problem-solving
• Promote transparency between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• Support Agile best practices and contribute to ongoing team and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, team collaboration, and delivery processes
• Implement and support Agile metrics and reporting to help improve team delivery, visibility, and continuous improvement efforts
• Help teams proactively address blockers and delivery challenges
• Encourage a culture of adaptability, learning, and continuous improvement
• Support Agile adoption and organizational change initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or similar Agile delivery role within technology organizations
• Understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
• Experience supporting multiple projects or teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and support delivery effectiveness in evolving environments
• Experience with Agile and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Planner, or similar platforms
Preferred:
• Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
