Responsibilities

• Represent the AT&T brand professionally while creating positive customer experiences.
• Meet directly with customers to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through consultative conversations and exceptional service.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and current offers with confidence and professionalism.
• Generate sales by matching customers with solutions that fit their individual needs.
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow Brand Representative team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Continue developing your sales, communication, and marketing skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
