About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Family and Executive Assistant to support the owner of a successful mid-sized corporation. While you’ll be a full-time employee with full company benefits, this unique position is centered around assisting with personal and household activities rather than office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—no two days will ever be the same. You might spend one morning organizing appointments and household deliveries, another managing errands or picking up a family member from school, and the next overseeing contractors at the Princeton home during renovations.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate personal errands, household schedules, and occasional travel logistics
• Pick up and drop off family members or items as needed
• Liaise with household vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Maintain calendars, reminders, and simple recordkeeping
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Occasionally house-sit or oversee projects at the Princeton residence

Who You Are:

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Resourceful and organized—you take initiative and anticipate needs
• Professional in demeanor but approachable and easy to work with
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
