Health Insurance Case Manager

As a Health Insurance Case Manager, you will manage a shared caseload of up to 120 clients, providing compassionate support and guidance while helping individuals overcome barriers to care. What You'll Do

• Assist clients with enrolling in health insurance plans and maintaining coverage.
• Prepare and process monthly health insurance premium payments.
• Resolve insurance-related issues and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate client records through data entry and documentation.
• Monitor medical compliance and coordinate referrals for additional services.
• Help clients apply for benefits and connect them with resources that support their health, stability, and overall well-being.
• Provide compassionate, respectful service that empowers individuals to thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $44,000 per year
