 My World ABA is growing and now hiring Full-time Registered Behavior Technicians. We are looking for fun-loving, caring people, with crazy cool imaginations.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be a vital component in children’s lives as you provide 1:1 service to children with varied abilities across the autism spectrum.

My World ABA specializes in purposeful play-based ABA therapy in a supportive environment designed to help children build meaningful skills and confidence.

Our RBTs specialize in:

• Individualized ABA Therapy
• Skill Development Communication & Social Skills
• Behavior Support
• Daily Living Skills
• Parent/Caregiver Support

We provide supervision by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst so that you will always feel supported along with group Pod Leaders and RBT Trainer. You will have access to our online training modules and CEU courses.

We are proud to provide comprehensive ABA autism services for children and their families in Southwest Missouri. We use evidence-based interventions in accordance with the standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to teach children developmentally appropriate behaviors and new skills while reducing inappropriate or problematic behaviors. From autism assessment to treatment, advocacy, and support services, we are always here to help your child and your family.
