Musical Surprise, a vibrant and rapidly growing music studio based in Surprise, AZ, is seeking passionate and talented String (Violin & Cello) Instructors to join our esteemed team. We are also always looking for instructors who teach Piano & Voice!

Established in 2008, our studio offers a range of private and group lessons across various instruments. We are proud to provide spacious, fully equipped studios with premium facilities, making it the perfect environment for students and instructors alike.

We are looking to expand our team to meet the increasing demand for lessons for our studio of nearly 900 students, Monday-Friday 10am-8pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. As part of our team, you will enjoy the benefits of a supportive administrative staff that handles marketing, scheduling, billing, and events, allowing you to focus solely on the fun part--teaching!

Qualifications:

• A degree in music or substantial teaching experience (preferred).
• A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of music theory, technique, and performance.
• Experience in developing personalized lesson plans based on students' individual skill levels and goals.
• Ability to create engaging and innovative curricula to enhance student learning.
• A positive attitude and ability to create a supportive and productive learning environment.
• Previous experience in tutoring, childcare, or other classroom settings is a plus.

Position Details:

• Location: Musical Surprise, 16846 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, AZ.
• Schedule: We are always looking for teachers on all teaching days--Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday. Schedules are customizable to your availability.
• Compensation: Competitive pay, with opportunities for additional compensation for events and no-shows.
