Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gas Station Cashier role located in Lincoln, NE. The Gas Station Cashier is responsible for operating the cash register, processing fuel and in-store transactions accurately, and handling cash, cards, and other payment methods securely. Daily tasks include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and forecourt, and restocking shelves and coolers. The role also involves monitoring fuel pumps, adhering to safety procedures, and reporting any equipment or security issues to management. The Gas Station Cashier works as part of a team to ensure a safe, efficient, and friendly customer experience throughout each shift.
Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately, with basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift and stock merchandise, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Reliability in following safety protocols related to fuel handling, store security, and workplace health standards.
• Prior experience in retail, convenience store, or gas station environments is helpful but not required.
