Munson Boats is seeking a Marine Mechanic to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, including fire/rescue boats, research vessels, high-speed patrol boats, USCG-certified passenger boats, and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion and plumbing systems using all brand new components.
• Work withdiesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
• Assemble and installsteering, control systems, and marine hardware
• Read installation instructions and interpret schematics and system diagrams
• Ensure systems meetsafety, performance, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems installation
• Knowledge ofengines, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and work fromblueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
