We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. We are s small company of 15 people and are growing pretty rapidly, small family environment.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable policies based on clients' project requirements
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Manage an organized pipeline of inbound leads and maintain persistent follow up until close
• Make efforts cross-sell multiple coverages to each lead
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Efficient with computers (30 type words per minute, familiar with Excel Spreadsheets)

We provide either a salary and a 20% split on all revenue generated, or 40% on all revenue generated.

Our top reps that have been here for a few years make about $200k/year
