About the Role:

Multi Logistics Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Class A Rail Driver to join our growing team in South Gate, CA. Responsibilities:

Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport Amazon freight to and from rail yards and distribution centers in the South Gate, CA area

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

Coordinate with rail yard personnel for timely pickup and drop-off of intermodal containers

Maintain accurate driver logs, trip records, and delivery documentation using electronic logging devices (ELD)

Ensure safe and on-time delivery of freight while adhering to all traffic and transportation laws

Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics coordinators regarding route updates and delays

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license required

Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience

Experience with intermodal, rail yard, or drayage operations preferred

Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record

Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules

Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor
