What You’ll Do
Own the sales process from greeting to delivery
Build urgency and value during professional vehicle presentations
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Prospect and generate repeat and referral business
Master product knowledge and competitive positioning
Deliver a top-tier customer experience that drives CSI results
What We Expect
Proven track record in automotive sales
Strong closing skills and objection handling
Self-motivated and competitive mindset
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Willingness to complete background check and drug screen
