• Great Hourly Pay + Tips: Base pay starts at $14/hr, plus you will average an extra $6 to $14/hr in tips.
• Merit Pay (You control your paycheck): We pay you for how good you are, not how long you've been here. After training, with bonuses, our guys average $23/hr.
• Learn More, Earn More: We reward guys who read the rules. We had one guy who learned our policies fast making $26/hr (before tips!). We had another guy who didn't read the rules get stuck at $15.50/hr. It's completely up to you!
• Part-Time Hours, Big Money: Take home between $400 and $800 a week working only 20 to 25 hours.
• You Are the Boss of Your Schedule: You pick your own hours and choose which moving jobs you want to take.
• Company Car: You drive our vehicles, so you don't put miles on your own car.
• Massive Referral Bonus: Recruit another driver and you get 10% of whatever they make for as long as they work for us, even if you leave! One of our guys made over $4,000 just from bringing in one friend.

Requirements:

• Personality: We care most about reliability, good communication, and professionalism.
• Driver's License & Good Record: You need a valid driver's license. In the last 5 years, you must have less than 2 wrecks and no more than 5 speeding tickets. No DUIs and no SR-22 insurance allowed.
• A Working Phone: You need a smartphone with a data plan that works without Wi-Fi.
• Clean Background: Because we are going into people's homes and moving their stuff, you cannot have a history of theft, and you must pass a drug test.
