We're looking for a Regional Director of Operations who can lead a portfolio of senior living communities with that same passion, holding our Executive Directors accountable to the same high bar we hold ourselves to every day.

This is a hands-on regional leadership role. You'll partner with Executive Directors across multiple communities to drive financial performance, staffing and compliance excellence, and a resident experience that lives out our F.A.I.T.H.E. values every single day.

What You'll Do

•      Lead and develop Executive Directors — coach, mentor, and hold your team of EDs accountable across every community in your region.

•      Own regional financial performance — budget adherence, NOI, occupancy, and accounts receivable across your portfolio.

•      Champion licensing and survey readiness — ensure every community stays audit-ready and in full regulatory compliance.

•      Drive the T.H.R.I.V.E. program — make sure every community delivers a gap-free, resident-centered activities and engagement calendar.

•      Oversee staffing and labor management — support recruiting, retention, and appropriate staffing levels across your communities.

•      Be the connective tissue between corporate and the community floor — translate company strategy into daily execution and bring the voice of the community back to leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required:

•      5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care

•      Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and NOI across multiple locations

•      Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and the survey process

•      Experience coaching and developing Executive Directors or similar community-level leaders

Nice to have:

•      Experience operating across multiple states or regions

•      Clinical or nursing background

•      Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Compensation: In accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this role will be disclosed based on experience, credentials, and work location.
