Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commission with target compensation of $95,000. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

• Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Group’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
• Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry.
• Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions.

• Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply.
• Central, Mountain, or Pacific time required.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
