What We're Seeking:

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive, Integrated Communications that will serve as an executional and creative force across social media, influencer marketing, and public relations programs. This is a hands-on role well-suited for a communicator who is comfortable both in front of a camera and behind a strategy deck, someone who understands how great content moves audiences, knows how to work with influencers from vetting through final delivery, and can support earned media programs with precision and care. This role is client-facing but not account-lead; you’ll work closely with senior team members to bring programs to life and help shape the next generation of junior talent.


Job Duties/Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, with a strong command of platform-specific best practices and formats.
  • Develop and manage content calendars, community management guidelines, and briefing materials.
  • Create and support content production — comfortable on camera, behind the camera, and directing scrappy, in-the-moment UGC-style content when needed.
  • Write compelling copy across formats: captions, short-form scripts, story concepts, and more.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and cultural moments to inform real-time recommendations.
  • Track and analyze social performance data; contribute to reporting and optimization conversations.

Influencer Marketing

  • Support end-to-end influencer programs, including talent identification, vetting, and outreach.
  • Assist in drafting and managing influencer contracts, deliverable timelines, and usage rights documentation.
  • Conduct thorough content reviews to ensure brand alignment, FTC compliance, and quality before any content goes live.
  • Maintain organized influencer tracking documents and help build out vetted talent lists by vertical and platform.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for influencer talent once relationships are established.

Public Relations & Earned Media Support

  • Support earned media programs through media monitoring, coverage tracking, and report compilation.
  • Maintain and update media lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance across target beats and publications.
  • Assist in drafting pitches, press releases, backgrounders, and other supporting materials.
  • Support media outreach efforts and help manage inbound responses in coordination with senior team members.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Keep project management tools, coverage trackers, and team documents current and well-organized.
  • Help guide and support interns, providing direction on tasks and modeling strong work habits.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture with a proactive, can-do approach.


Job Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience with social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing — vetting, contracting, content review, and compliance.
  • Confident content creator: comfortable on and behind the camera, with a strong visual and editorial eye.
  • Solid PR fundamentals: familiar with media relations, pitching, media lists, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong writer across formats — copy, pitch language, and client-facing communications.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive communicator who takes ownership and flags issues early.
  • Collaborative team player who brings positive energy and a solutions-first mindset.


Education and Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media, integrated communications, influencer marketing, or public relations (PR) - (agency experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in lifestyle, consumer, wellness, hospitality, or similar categories a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tagger/Sprout Social, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Canva, or similar platforms preferred.


Physical Requirements:

This role involves spending time at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods, using standard office equipment, reviewing documents, and communicating regularly with others by email and phone. Team members may also occasionally need to move around the office (if on-site) or their home workspace to access materials and should be able to travel as needed for client meetings/engagement, team collaboration, or industry events.
