Head of TikTok Shop – $130M Global Supplements Brand (DTC / Performance Marketing)

Location: USA (Remote to start - Then relocation to Florida in 12-18 months would be preferred)

We’re looking for a Head of TikTok Shop to lead the TikTok growth strategy for a profitable, cash-flow positive $130M global supplements brand. This is a rare chance to own the strategy, creator partnerships, and sales growth on TikTok while building a direct-to-consumer business from the ground up in the US.

What you’ll do:

• Own TikTok growth strategy end-to-end, including content, ads, creator partnerships, and platform relationships.
• Scale TikTok revenue to $500K–$1M+ GMV per month.
• Build and manage a high-performing TikTok/creator marketing team.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, performance marketing, and creative teams to integrate campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continually optimize campaigns and push boundaries in health & wellness marketing.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience growing TikTok or social commerce channels to $500K+ GMV/month.
• Deep relationships with TikTok creators and platform contacts.
• Strong performance marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce skills.
• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements brands is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with resources to scale aggressively.
• Profitable & cash-flow positive business with a strong Amazon foundation.
