Position Overview

Morgan Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account patient backgrounds, experiences, and goals, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, offering support and counseling that empowers clients to explore their emotions and challenges.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans that reflect changes in circumstances or emerging needs.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and specialists to provide comprehensive care and make necessary referrals for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing mental health challenges. This may include clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, you will assist clients in exploring their feelings, developing coping strategies, and achieving personal breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory, ensuring a solid foundation in the principles of therapy.
• Preferred candidates will have specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, enhancing your ability to support clients facing substance use disorders.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is essential for effective treatment outcomes.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrated ability to motivate clients, and a passion for fostering client empowerment are critical.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, providing therapeutic services to diverse populations across varying age groups.
• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, with successful client outcomes in mind.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating time management skills and a high level of organization.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Our benefits package includes:
