Locally owned exterior cleaning and holiday lighting company in Belmont, NC — 100+ five-star reviews and a growing book of business — is hiring a dependable assistant technician. You’ll work alongside an experienced lead tech on pressure washing jobs and seasonal Christmas light installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with house washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, and concrete/flatwork

• Install and remove residential Christmas light displays

• Safely carry and operate 28- and 32-foot extension ladders

• Work at heights on rooftops and elevated surfaces safely and confidently

• Maintain a clean, professional job site and interact respectfully with customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license — required

• Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy ladders (28–32 ft)

• Must be comfortable working at heights — non-negotiable

• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work

• Experience in roofing, construction, landscaping, or cleaning is a plus — willing to train the right person

Compensation & Schedule

• Part-time position with consistent hours — expect 30–35+ hours per week during peak season
