Why This Role is Exciting amp; What Success Looks Like
  • As an Administrative Assistant at our CPA firm, you’ll quickly become a key part of our team, contributing to smooth operations and high-quality client service from day one.
  • Within 3 Months: You’ll build a strong foundation, learning Firm systems, workflows, and core administrative tasks while creating relationships with clients and establishing yourself as reliable and professional in all interactions.
  • Within 6 Months: You’ll take independent ownership of client intake and document tracking, improving accuracy and efficiency, and confidently supporting staff with administrative workflows.
  • Within 9 Months: You’ll independently manage high-volume workflows efficiently, proactively manage deadlines and follow-ups, and help streamline processes to reduce administrative burden on the team.
  • Within 12 Months: You’ll become a trusted operational resource, maintaining accurate client records, contributing process improvement ideas, and being recognized as someone who enhances office efficiency.
  • In this role, success means being proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, while playing a key role in keeping our firm organized, efficient, and client-focused. If you take pride in accuracy, anticipate needs, and enjoy making a meaningful impact, this is a role where you’ll grow and thrive.
