About Monark

At Monark, we are builders, collaborators, and changemakers. Our diverse portfolio spans real estate, healthcare, and strategic investments all unified by a shared mission: to drive impact through integrity, innovation, and execution. We operate at a fast pace, guided by purpose and committed to delivering meaningful results.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement, Sourcing & Costing Analyst to join our team. This is an office-based role that sits at the intersection of finance and operations, supporting cost management, supplier sourcing, and data integrity across our network of pharmacy dispensing partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, managing multiple priorities, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain monthly cost updates across our pharmacy partner network
  • Review, approve, and reconcile supplier invoices against agreed-upon terms
  • Conduct product-level cost analysis including molecule reassignment and volume projections
  • Prepare cost and margin reports for leadership
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses including revenue impact and tariff assessments
  • Support demand forecasting and financial planning for operational initiatives
  • Source alternative suppliers for ongoing and legacy orders across multiple client channels
  • Resolve product and fulfillment discrepancies in coordination with pharmacy partners
  • Support the development and maintenance of a centralized cost control framework
  • Maintain accurate records of pharmacy partner rosters and dispensing fee structures
  • Ensure product data integrity including pricing, tariff classifications, and supplier configurations across internal systems
  • Process and manage operational requests including product updates and system configuration changes
  • Develop standardized workflows and contribute to process automation initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile large data sets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a regulated industry is an asset but not required

Why Join Us

We are a fast-growing healthcare company operating at the intersection of pharmacy, technology, and patient access. This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one, exposure to a dynamic and evolving industry, and the opportunity to contribute to systems and processes that have a real impact on how medications reach patients.
