Based out of our San Jose, CA office, team members travel via mobile dental units to provide care in various communities.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) to join our mobile dental unit team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are eager to make a difference in diverse clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists with chairside support during procedures in a mobile clinic environment.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following strict infection control standards.
Efficiently manage patient flow and assist in treatment documentation.
Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked mobile dental unit.
Provide patient education on oral health and post-treatment care.
Adapt quickly to various clinic settings and patient needs.

Experience: 2–3 years working in a dental clinic, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members.
Flexibility to work in a mobile environment and handle diverse clinical scenarios.
