Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madisonville, LA, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules, coordinating materials and equipment, managing subcontractors and vendors, and tracking progress against scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, monitoring quality and safety standards, and conducting regular site visits and inspections. The Project Manager will communicate with clients and internal teams to provide status updates, address issues, and ensure project objectives are met. This position requires proactive problem-solving, clear decision-making, and consistent presence on-site to support field operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in expediting and working to ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time.
  • Background in Logistics Management, with the ability to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Inspection experience, including monitoring work quality, verifying compliance with plans and specs, and documenting findings.
  • Relevant experience in construction or contracting environments, with knowledge of field operations and safety practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and with office staff.
  • Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
