Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TN. In this role, the Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors CNC machines and related equipment according to production specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic machine adjustments, and checking parts for accuracy and quality throughout the production run. The Machine Operator records production data, reports equipment issues, and collaborates with supervisors and team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role may also involve routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate CNC and other production machinery, with experience in machine operation and basic equipment setup.
  • Strong focus on quality control, including inspecting parts, measuring components, and identifying defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and related shop equipment safely and effectively.
  • Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members, following written instructions, and reporting issues to supervisors.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn new machines and processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to company policies, and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
  • Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, including possible overtime, in a fast-paced production environment.
