RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and general account support.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for people. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure. 
  • Results Driven
  • Property & Casualty licensed.
  • Bilingual Preferred, but not required.
