Job Description

Jersey Mike's Hickory Creek is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing fresh subs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining and prep areas.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to handle customer and operational challenges.
