Flexible Dental Hygienist Opportunity at Established Non-Corporate Practice

We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team for one day per week, with the flexibility to choose between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This position offers the potential to expand into more days for the right candidate. Unlike high-volume corporate offices, we see patients on an hourly basis to ensure they receive the attention they deserve. Our team loves our patients, and we strive to create a work environment where our staff feels valued and supported.

Dental hygienist

Job Description

Patient Care: Provide high-quality dental hygiene services with a focus on patient comfort and health.
Treatment Planning: confidently present and discuss treatment plans with patients in a clear and educational manner.
Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling necessary treatment and future hygiene appointments.
Imaging: Capture high-quality digital images using Dexis sensors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and staff to maintain a smooth office flow and a positive team atmosphere.

Salary Range

Part-time $70,900 - $90,600 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Frequency: 1 day per week (with potential for growth).
Day: Flexible choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Valid State of Texas Dental Hygiene License.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
A team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive office culture.
Comfortable discussing treatment options with patients.

Preferences

Proficiency with Dentrix dental software.
Experience using Dexis digital sensors.
