The Miami County ESC is seeking a professional individual who would like to join our team as an Intervention Specialist in an ESC self-contained classroom at Miami East High School (3825 OH-589, Casstown, OH 45312).
*This position is hired and employed through the Miami County Educational Service Center
Required Hours: 7:15 am - 2:45 pm
Address of Building: Miami East High School @ 3825 OH-589, Casstown, OH 45312
Status: Full-Time (This position is full time and eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurance).

Candidates:
  • Will work with students experiencing multiple disabilities.
  • Must have (or will be obtaining) an SBOE license as:
    • Intervention Specialist with either mild to moderate or moderate to intensive teaching fields OR
    • Alternative Resident Educator License - Teaching Field/Content Area = Intervention Specialist (PreK-12)
  • Must complete and have satisfactory results on reference checks, pre-employment verificatons, and BCI and FBI Background Checks
