ROUTE SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE POSITION

Metro Linen is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Route Service Representatives. If you enjoy working independently, building customer relationships, and being rewarded for your performance, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company vehicle to service assigned customer accounts.
- Deliver and pick up products according to established routes and schedules.
- Load and unload products using proper equipment and safe work practices.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate route paperwork and service documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations.
- Help grow and retain customer accounts through outstanding service.
This is NOT a CDL position.
Qualifications
- Previous route delivery, route sales, customer service, or driving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles such as transit vans, step vans, or box trucks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and unload products throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable work ethic.
Compensation
- Starting pay of $20.00 per hour during the 6-week training program.
- Following successful completion of training and based on route availability, performance, and readiness, employees may be assigned their own route.
- Route Service Representatives assigned to a route transition to a commission-based compensation structure and earn a percentage of the revenue generated by their route.
- Earnings after training vary based on route volume, customer growth, and overall route performance.

- 40 hours after 1 year of employment
