As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, scheduling HVAC service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule urgent HVAC service and preventative maintenance appointments
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their needs
• Maintain and update customer records with accurate and current information
• Manage and update residential preventative maintenance agreements
• Ensure a positive customer experience by building rapport and expressing empathy

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and express empathy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Professional and positive demeanor
• Ability to retain information and apply common sense in daily tasks
