MetaMatch Professional Services = is seeking an experienced Senior Utility Coordinator<\/b> to support transportation and infrastructure projects for one of our clients in the Raleigh Durham area of North Carolina.
<\/p>

This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of utility coordination within NCDOT projects and enjoys working collaboratively with utility owners, municipalities, project teams, and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving forward.

You will play a key role in helping deliver roadway and infrastructure improvements that directly impact communities across the region.

<\/p>What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead utility coordination efforts for transportation and infrastructure projects
    <\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, utility owners, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with agencies including: \n
      \n
    • utility providers
      <\/li>\n
    • local governments
      <\/li>\n
    • railroads
      <\/li>\n
    • NCDOT
      <\/li>\n
    • contractors and consultants
      <\/li>\n <\/ul><\/li>\n
    • Review roadway and utility construction plans to identify conflicts and relocation needs
      <\/li>\n
    • Facilitate utility coordination meetings and maintain project communication
      <\/li>\n
    • Track utility schedules, agreements, permits, and project deliverables
      <\/li>\n
    • Conduct field investigations and site reviews as needed
      <\/li>\n
    • Assist project managers with reporting, scheduling, and documentation
      <\/li>\n
    • Support permit applications and coordination with outside agencies
      <\/li>\n
    • Help drive projects forward by proactively resolving utility\-related challenges
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      Requirements<\/h3>What We're Looking For
      <\/h2>Required Experience
      <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience supporting NCDOT\/NDOT transportation projects<\/b>
        <\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of utility coordination processes and roadway infrastructure projects
        <\/li>\n
      • Experience working with utility owners and public agencies
        <\/li>\n
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
        <\/li>\n
      • Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
        <\/li>\n
      • BS Degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>Preferred

        • Experience with utility relocation coordination
          <\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with roadway design and construction processes
          <\/li>\n
        • Experience reading and interpreting civil engineering plans
          <\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory coordination
