Meta Power Solutions is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Medium Voltage Transformers, Low Voltage Switchboards, Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Mobile & Containerized Substations. Our innovative solutions serve a wide range of industries, including utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and various industrial applications.


Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of power solutions to both new and existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the energy market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

This position is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power solutions sector.
  • 60 Calls per day from our qualified leads list and your prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or power solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
