Large, growing distributor of Drug/Alcohol Testing Devices & Medical Supplies is seeking a self-motivated Phone Customer Service Rep. With over 10 years in the industry we have serviced thousands of accounts including Hospitals, staffing agencies, drug treatment centers and much more. Ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years experience in Client care. Strong work ethic and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Contacting current clients on behalf of Sales Team to take repeat orders
• Contacting previous clients that have not placed orders within a certain time frame
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a fast paced environment
• Build relationships with clients using friendly, personable approach
• Driven individual to meet/exceed monthly performance goals
• Demonstrate excellent computer/communication skills
• Ability to identify client’s needs, overcome objections and find quality solutions
• Respond to clients inquiries with timeliness, accuracy and professionalism
• Must have experience taking orders by phone and be extremely detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and be extremely detail oriented
• Demonstrate understanding of E-commerce

Computer Skills Required:

• MS Word
• Outlook
• Excel
• Capable of using multiple windows at one time
• CRM Experience a plus (zoho)
• Strong computer skills required

Monday-Friday (No Weekends)

Pay Rate: $18/hr-$21/hr
