The Dining Room Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations in a fast casual restaurant, overseeing a small team of 1-5 employees. This role prioritizes excellent customer service while ensuring efficient operations, staff scheduling and training, and coordinating orders for ala carte, to-go, and catering services. The manager plays a key role in optimizing restaurant efficiency and supporting team leadership.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to meet operational needs
- Train new and existing employees on service standards and procedures
- Coordinate orders for ala carte, to-go, and catering services
