Key Responsibilities

As a Certified Medical Assistant at MediCore Alliance Solutions, you will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism, preparing them for examinations or procedures, and addressing any questions they may have to ease their concerns.
• Accurately measuring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, ensuring data integrity for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assisting healthcare providers during examinations and procedures by preparing necessary tools, maintaining a sterile environment, and anticipating provider needs.
• Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring correct dosages and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens for testing, as well as conducting basic lab tests such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring.
• Maintaining organized patient records and documentation, facilitating efficient flow of information within the healthcare team.
• Actively participating in team meetings, contributing to discussions on patient care improvements and administrative efficiencies.
