About the Role

MedAdvisor Solutions (MAS) is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital solutions that power our medication adherence, patient engagement, and pharmacy programs. This role sits at the intersection of pharmacy data, digital product, and client partnerships: translating real-world pharmacy workflows and patient needs into products that deliver measurable value for our pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners.

The Product Manager will help shape the digital solutions at the center of that transformation, turning our national pharmacy footprint and rich patient data into products that remove barriers to care and deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines a strong working knowledge of pharmacy data and experience partnering with pharmacies as clients with hands-on experience building digital app or platform-based product solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for one or more pharmacy-facing or patient-facing digital solutions, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Partner closely with pharmacy retail and pharma manufacturer clients to understand workflows, data structures, and unmet needs.
• Translate pharmacy claims, dispensing, and adherence data into product requirements that are technically sound and clinically relevant.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and commercial teams to deliver digital app and product experiences such as in-pharmacy tools, patient engagement apps, and digital resource centers.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritize features and measure product performance.
• Manage the balance between client-specific customization and scalable, reusable product architecture.
• Support go-to-market efforts, including internal enablement and external-facing materials for partners.
• Stay current on pharmacy industry trends, regulatory considerations (HIPAA, TCPA, CTIA), and the competitive landscape.
• Work with a team of product managers using the Agile philosophy.
  
• Support analysis and deep insight of customer data, customer needs, and product portfolio toidentifyand evaluate opportunities, and adjust product features and improvements.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharma-adjacent technology.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmacy data (claims, dispensing, adherence) and experience working with pharmacies as clients or partners.
• Experience building and shipping digital app or software product solutions (mobile, web, or platform-based).
• Comfort working with data to define metrics, interpret trends, and make data-informed product decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clinical, technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to internal leadership and external clients.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance considerations (HIPAA, patient data privacy) is a plus.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning driven product features and an interest in applying them to patient engagement use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with patient engagement, medication adherence programs, or pharmacy technology platforms.
• Familiarity with pharma manufacturer client dynamics and program economics.
• Prior experience delivering products in a regulated healthcare data environment.
