Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mineola, NY for a Dental Office Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting patients, handling phone calls, and streamlining office operations. The role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized front desk, and supporting the dental care team by ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and management of patient calendars
• Basic knowledge of Dental Care procedures and terminology
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing a front desk, handling records, and welcoming patients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications are a bonus
