About The Driskill
Built in 1886, The Driskill is one of Austin’s most iconic luxury hotels, blending historic charm with modern hospitality. The hotel features multiple dining venues, event spaces, and a vibrant bar program that reflects the culture and energy of downtown Austin.
Position Summary
The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations at The Driskill, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet/catering services. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining high service standards, and leading a large, dynamic hospitality team.
