HVAC Installer Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with a strong background in residential HVAC systems who takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. Our company is built on integrity, quality workmanship, and doing the job right the first time without sales quotas, shortcuts, or unnecessary replacements. The ideal candidate can confidently manage installations from start to finish, troubleshoot problems independently, maintain a professional job site, and ensure all work is completed safely and up to code. We’re looking for candidates with at least 1+ years proven HVAC installer experience, value long-term solutions, and want opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company.   • HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
  • Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
  • Oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements
  • Perform clean, codecompliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure—just honesty)
  • Ensure every install meets our standards—not just “good enough”
  • HVAC Installer Requirements:
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Proven 1+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
  • Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field
  • Solid troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in clean, highquality work
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in typical field conditions
