• Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will be key to your success in this position
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed
• Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for retail sales
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
• Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles
