Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points
• Apply pest control treatments using a variety of tools, including hand tools and power equipment, ensuring safety and precision
• Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs and environment
• Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, pests identified, and follow-up actions required
• Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and best practices for maintaining pest-free environments
• Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols

Skills

• Knowledge of pest control techniques, including the use of pesticides and eco-friendly alternative.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment efficiently
• Excellent driving skills with a valid license for safe transportation between locations
• Sales skills to effectively communicate benefits of pest control services and upsell additional solutions when appropriate
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods

Requirements

• Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
