Maxwon LLC is seeking an ambitious and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing new client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The best part? We provide you with a list of potential clients who need to be contacted.
This is a 100% commission-based role with compensation that is well above the industry average, ideal for individuals eager to earn based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build new client relationships using provided client contacts.
- Oversee client interactions and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
- Track and improve client service processes to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client service, business development, or sales.
- Strong ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience with commission-based roles is a plus.
