Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, employing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address their mental health challenges.
  • Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on each client's unique circumstances.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and ethical integrity.
  • Actively collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, engaging in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and effective treatment methods, empowering them with knowledge and resources necessary for recovery.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and research in mental health to incorporate new techniques and interventions into your practice, enhancing client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

The total annual salary for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
