As a property manager assistant, you will work side by side with an experienced Property Manager, who oversees the coordination and supervision of service providers and is accountable for all aspects of on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting.

$54,600 - $78,540 yearly

• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes

• Show properties to potential tenants

• Screen applicants and verify rental and employment history

• Verify documents related to credit and banking/income

• Conduct inspections of properties using a provided camera app

• Assist the property manager as needed

• Participate in brand-building activities such as events and content creation

• Develop rapport with tenants and then owners

• Learn how to manage and build your own book of business

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
