Mast Contracting

We are looking for experienced Lead Carpenters to take on all aspects of the interior remodeling of a residential home.

While Mast Contracting specializes in kitchens and bathrooms - typical duties extend to all phases of interior trim carpentry ( flooring, trim, drywall, paint, cabinetry, tile, minor electrical & minor plumbing, etc.)

Have a weakness in any of those areas and unsure if you fit? Come talk! We have an extremely talented team that can walk you through all phases of a project that you may not be an expert at. We have a great team environment that encourages constant communication between our project leads daily.

All new hires work with an experienced lead carpenter for a minimal of 2-3 projects so that you can learn our standard operating procedures and to make sure we're a good fit for each other. We want to put you in a position to succeed and enjoy your time within the company.

We are a close, tight knit group with very little turnover. We truly want you to come on board and be here for your entire career.

Pay is a combination of hourly pay ($28-$35), individual job bonuses, and company success quarterly bonus. Expected First year earnings $80,000 +

Quarterly bonuses are paid based on company performance, and the company is in growth mode.

All Lead Carpenters are given the following

- Detailed scope of work

- Materials are sitting in climate controlled warehouse

- 2023 or newer company wrapped cargo van

- High quality personnel from our carpenter helpers to our skilled trim carpenters

- Detailed layout of kitchen & bathroom using 2020 design software
