Key Responsibilities

• Offer individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age ranges, addressing diverse psychological needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our EMR system for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Coordinate ongoing appointments, managing your calendar effectively to ensure clients receive timely care and support.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the area to create a network of integrated care and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development, integrating new skills and therapeutic techniques to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Special attention is directed towards collaborating with schools to address the unique challenges students may encounter, fostering resilience and facilitating personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Current LCSW license, allowing for independent practice in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
