We are looking for a Grill Cook who thrives in a demanding professional kitchen and takes pride in producing clean, consistent, properly cooked food every service.

The Grill Cook is responsible for the execution and organization of the grill station during service. This position requires excellent knowledge of cooking temperatures and techniques, strong timing, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure while working at a high volume.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, organized, receptive to feedback, and capable of maintaining Michelin-level standards even during the busiest services.
