Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing digital campaigns, using data to drive decisions, and continuously improving the customer journey.

What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage digital initiatives from planning through execution in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports that provide meaningful business insights.
- Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys to improve engagement and ROI.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve lead nurturing, customer retention, and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, analytics, and client teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies while identifying opportunities to incorporate AI and automation where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and conversion rate optimization.
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
