Role Overview
Carisk is seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Marketing Manager to support the marketing and growth of our solutions across the workers' compensation and specialty risk markets.
In this role, you will help translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and develop compelling presentations, content, and sales enablement materials that resonate with target audiences and support go-to-market success.
You will also play a key role in supporting major industry conferences and events, as well as managing promotional marketing inventory to ensure teams have the materials needed for client engagement and business development.
Working closely with sales, product, clinical leadership, and the marketing team, this role helps ensure Carisk's messaging, marketing assets, and event presence consistently support our growth strategy.
Role Responsibilities
Product Management
  • Serve as a marketing partner for assigned Carisk solutions, supporting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each solution's capabilities, audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product leaders, clinical subject matter experts, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Help translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, differentiated messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, and conference materials.

Content Development, Execution, and Sales Enablement
  • Develop high-quality marketing and client-facing materials, including:
    • Client presentations and stewardship decks
    • Sales presentations and strategic account materials
    • Case studies and solution one-pagers
    • Website and landing page content
    • Email campaigns and digital assets
  • Partner with internal creative and digital teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage content timelines and coordinate cross-functional input to ensure materials are accurate and delivered on schedule.
  • Support sales and account teams with tailored presentations and materials that communicate Carisk's value to clients and prospects.
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and content to identify opportunities for improvement.

Conference, Event and Promotional Support
  • Manage Carisk's promotional marketing inventory, including branded materials, giveaways, signage, and event assets.
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate ordering and replenishment, and maintain visibility into quantities, locations, and usage.
  • Support planning and preparation for major industry conferences and events by ensuring marketing materials, collateral, and promotional assets are ready and aligned with event goals.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, asset allocation, and post-event reconciliation of materials.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to ensure conference messaging and materials align with solution priorities and business development objectives.
  • Work with vendors, procurement, and finance to manage production timelines, purchase orders, and invoices.

Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation or similar market.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on product marketing and content development.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute marketing tactics.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of marketing content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
