Position Summary:
The Baker is responsible for preparing and mixing dough in accordance with company formulas and procedures to ensure consistent product quality. This role supports production by operating equipment, monitoring dough consistency, and maintaining accurate records while following all safety and food handling standards.

This role supports production by operating equipment, monitoring dough consistency, and maintaining accurate records while following all safety and food handling standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, load, control, and shut down baking and mixing equipment safely
- Weigh and prepare ingredients according to formulas and production specifications
- Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments as needed
- Follow all baking procedures, including mix times, temperatures, and product specifications
- Perform and document pre-operational inspections
- Maintain accurate production and ingredient records
- Ensure proper setup, teardown, and changeovers between production runs
- Follow all food safety (HACCP), CGMP, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with Line Leads, Fryer Tenders, and other team members
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, ratios, and measurements)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
