The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories, facilitating accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

• Perform physical examinations and assist in the operating room with surgical procedures, adhering to protocols for safety and precision.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring timely and appropriate treatment based on individual patient needs.

• Administer vaccinations and medications as needed, educating patients about preventive health measures and medication management.

• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, coordinating referrals for specialty care and ensuring continuity of care.

• Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the EPIC EMR system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction within the practice.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, developing meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

• Uphold strict confidentiality in all patient interactions and adhere to ethical standards in medical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a surgical center or similar healthcare facility is advantageous.

• Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system is highly desirable.

• Further experience in preventive care strategies will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
